The perfect banger.

Only the very best would do for the fashion photographer Norman Parkinson. Despite his jet-set lifestyle, the quintessential English gent missed the simple tastes of home. It was this yearning that drove him to create the ‘perfect banger’.

Norman Parkinson, photographer to the stars created Porkinson sausages, one of the UK’s most enduring premium sausage brands. In its heyday it was served on Concorde flights and in top hotels and restaurants such as The Ritz and The Ivy.

I came up with a design that expressed the personality of the man behind the sausage. A man with wit, style and charm. This project was completed whilst working full-time at JKR London.
